The submission portal is where the submission work happens. We don’t use automated software, but rather a utility to help us ensure accuracy and placement. We aim for 100% listing details including images, links, email addresses, descriptions, and any fields that are required and optional. The more data we can provide, the better.

The submission process needs great care and attention to ensure that listing information is correct. We’ve found that some of the problems that arise with automation is data inconsistency or missing data. Our process aims to mitigate these issues by checking and validating data before it is submitted – reducing errors and improving approval rates.

We also work with each customer to get as many local listings and citations claimed as possible. This occurs by postcard, email, or phone. We attempt to do many of these on your behalf, but some will need to be done by the business owner to ensure accuracy and validity of the citation.
